He received his bachelor's degree from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass.

Mike Miracle is a senior technology operating executive with expertise in strategy, business development, strategic alliances (OEM and partnerships), product management and marketing, and software development. He has been an advisor to several IT infrastructure companies including Blackball, BladeLogic, Double Take (NSI Software), InterSAN (sold to Finisar), OuterBay (sold to HP), and Princeton Softech. Mike was EVP of Product Management and Marketing for Evident Software.

As a VP at Veritas, he managed M&A, strategic venture investing, technology licensing, and divestitures, completing numerous transactions. Mr. Miracle has held a variety of senior technical management positions at Hewlett Packard, Novell, and Unix Systems Labs where he focused on operating systems development, product management and OEM partnerships. He started his career developing telecommunications software with AT&T Bell Labs. Mike holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and a Master's degree from Stanford University.
